this Universal Classics & Jazz is apparently now defunct. there are two other still-current Universal Classics & Jazz divisions, in DE and JP. read the wiki.
as it's described as "a division of Universal Music Operations Ltd." (and "Universal Music Classics & Jazz" is also mentioned later as the owner of the sound recordings), it may refer to the very same entity as Universal Music Classics & Jazz or is its later name.
