Annotation

This first-press limited CD+DVD edition includes a bonus DVD that contains music videos for the three pre-album singles, together with a separate game-related promotional video "Nephilim -FolksSoul PV ver.-".

The original package also included an application postcard for a promotional prize campaign, with separate A, B and S prizes, and an insert containing a password for downloading an official wallpaper and screensaver. Sony described the password insert as a period-limited inclusion through 2007-10-31.

The first press of the regular edition included an original photobook. Sony explicitly stated that this photobook was not included with the first-press limited CD+DVD edition.

"HOWLING -INCH UP-" is a newly mixed album version of the band's second single, "HOWLING", rather than the original single mix.

The three singles preceding the album were associated with the following productions:

  • "INNOCENT SORROW" — opening theme for the television anime D.Gray-man.
  • "HOWLING" — opening theme for the television anime DARKER THAN BLACK -黒の契約者-.
  • "Nephilim" — theme song for the PlayStation 3 game FolksSoul -失われた伝承-.

"stay away" was first released in 2005 on the NANA tribute compilation LOVE for NANA〜Only 1 Tribute〜.

"LOST REASON -feat. MICRO from HOME MADE 家族-" is a reworked version of "LOST REASON", originally released as the coupling track/B-side of the "Nephilim" single. The album version adds MICRO of HOME MADE 家族 as a featured performer.

"ドレス" is a cover of a song by BUCK-TICK. abingdon boys school's recording had previously appeared on the 2005 official tribute album PARADE〜RESPECTIVE TRACKS OF BUCK-TICK〜 and is designated as the bonus track on this album.

Oricon lists the album as having reached number 2 on its weekly albums chart and as having appeared on the chart for 13 weeks.
