Annotazione

This is the original version of the album as released outside the U.S. and Europe. The main difference is the different track orders. This version keeps the songs in line with the (rather flimsy) narrative flow, while the U.S. and European releases were ordered to emphasize the potential singles "The Oath" and "A World Without Heroes". The Japanese version has the same order as the international one, but omits "Escape from the Island".

Finally, the 1997 CD remaster uses the original international track order, even in the U.S. See http://www.kissfaq.com/discography/elder.html and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_from_the_elder for more details.
