ROOT is Beastianity's debut album.
Released on compact disc in 1999, ROOT began to slowly permeate the sub-underground of experimental music.
Recorded and mixed at Velvet Sound Sydney for the most part on 24 track tape by Adrian Grigorieff.
ROOT showcases the wide variety of sonic devotions the band observed.
Singles of note taken from ROOT are The Hatred That Pleasure Brings, which appeared on The Pact...Of The Gods compilation on European label Fremdheit in 2000.

ROOT was remastered to vinyl and 300 copies were released by DAIS Records (USA) in 2007.
