A five sided card box slipped over a 5 segment folding digipak with five trays holding two partially overlapped discs each. The box is accompanied (when new) by a four-digit-numbered (with leading zeros when appropriate) certificate to authenticate the boxset as one of a limited edition, issued by Reel Life Productions and signed by ESHAM (though probably not by hand), as CEO.
