YOU SEXY THING was originally released in Feb 1975 as a B-side to the group's single BLUE NIGHT, but it was remixed at a later date by Mickie Most, who re-released it as an A-side in Nov 1975 on his RAK label, with A WARM SMILE as B-side. The song was a massive hit. It was also included on Hot Chocolate's 1975 album Hot Chocolate.
