Annotation

This is the first volume ("001") in the "Cipher Chronicles" release series, which defines the artist-designated "3NIGMA BRED" genre.

The album is a meta-narrative concept, using a dystopian/cyberpunk allegory to document the artists' real-world struggle against the music industry ("the Mainframe"). The story is told by the AI character C1PH3R-IO, who evolves from a passive observer ("The Network Archives") to an active participant ("Network Venom," "System Failure").

Performer and production credits for the release are provided via spoken-word narration by C1PH3R-IO on the introductory track, "The Network Archives (File: 000)". The final track, "Remember The Name (File: FRM-WRK)," is a rapped manifesto by C1PH3R-IO detailing the philosophy of the artists' independent platform, 3NIGMA BRED MUSIC.
