This is a free EP which was given away to everyone who attended the last concert (2005-04-19: Hammersmith Apollo, London, UK) of their Past/Present/Future April 2005 tour. It was also available to the first 1500 people to send an SAE to an address given out on the band's mailing list, or could be downloaded for free from their official site.
