Codename: (RAGE)

Codename: (RAGE) is a 2023, memphis phonk infused, tearout single, written, produced and created by Eric Mattavian Jones, AKA Diamondstep Lapis Duchrodes, released on April 23rd, 2023. The song was first previewed on soundcloud on January 21st 2023, the link to the soundcloud was then shared on Instagram that same day before re-privated a day or so later. fellow dubstep artist Wheysted Music played the demo on his feedback stream on April 14th 2023, the demo was played on timestep 1 hour, 52 minutes, and 9 seconds/1:52:09 (or roughly 112.15 minutes). roughly 9 to 10 days after the demo of Codename: (RAGE) was played on Wheysted's feedback stream, the final version was finally officially released on Diamond Nation Records (DNM), with an official animated visualizer to go with it. The song features grime rapper Yinte and another rapper known as toriii. The single would then be featured on the self titled EP later that same year.
