This was released in a slim jewel case, but was intended to be added to the fold out digipack of CD2 (NUCDP 2).

This was also released as a Promo CD. The Promo CD had the exact same tracks, same catalog numbers, release date, and barcode. The packaging was exactly the same, except a white sticker with the words "PROMO COPY - NOT FOR RESALE" was added to it. The CD itself is different, having much less information printed on it and a note indicating "PROMO ONLY NOT FOR SALE" on it.
