Annotation

This is Estel's debut album and includes — as the last two tracks of the album — Crunch, Crunch (It's So Quiet) and One Deep Breath which had previously only been released on 7" vinyl on their own label, Little Plastic Tapes.

According to the sleeve notes (designed by the band themselves), the album was Recorded, Mixed and Mastered by Mr. Stephen Shannon June 2000 for Low Budget Robot Productions. Two other DIY independent Irish labels, Benjamin Records and Phlegethon are listed on the back cover but there's no catalogue number for this release.
