The booklet has a two-pane outside (pages 1, 2, 11, and 12) and a four-pane inside (pages 3 to 10), with pages 4 and 9 folded inwards so they touch when folded.
A promotional sticker with the front artwork was handed out at gigs, early orders, and via the newly created Dutch fan club.
