Apollo Creed / Fresh American Lamb (sleeve insert)

Plain inner-sleeve, with folded 7"x14" sleeve printed on the inside of a re-purposed LP jacket (in this case Scruffy The Cat). No titles or artist-name on insert.

1,000 copies pressed, all on green marble vinyl.
None came with an outer cover sleeve, but the first 100 - 200 came with painted inner sleeve.
Others came with various inserts, sticker, cloth patch (and the magazine).
