Golden Rule (iTunes Deluxe Version)

This is a separate "Deluxe Version" that is different from the CD only "Deluxe Edition" (http://beta.musicbrainz.org/release/e11ee340-bde4-46f6-9380-437aa8627964)

This version is an iTunes only exclusive and has two bonus studio tracks on top of the original twelve from the standard version.

The CD Deluxe edition omits the bonus studio tracks and has a separate CD with nine live acoustic tracks.
