Growing-up is hard but growing-old is a fast and sure way to make you feel sad, PHF knows all about it and has written eight pop-punk bubblegum ballads to help you understand the CHANGES YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. Frustration, anxiety, insecurity oozes out of these tracks to make you feel teenage-cool and fragile at the same time. You maybe crying in the shower, but you are imagining yourself punch dancing in the rain.
