Annotation

Label: Capitol - Catalog #: ST 2284
Label: Capitol - Catalog #: 93090
Location: Hollywood, CA, USA
Recording Date: 1964/10/04
Additional:
A somewhat unique entry in Adderley's career, this record features the mysterious Ernie Andrews with the 5/6 part of the classical Sextet in two live sets.
Not "really" jazz, as most Adderley Capitol period, it's still of interest for those who can stand drops of blues in their hard-bop wine.
Only the late editions contains the 3 last tracks (and the introduction by Cannonball)
These 3 tracks have certainly been recorded on a different date.

According to http://www.cannonball-adderley.com/1436.htm - #2,4,6,8,12 & 13 recorded on October 4, 1964; #3,5,7,9,10 & 11 recorded on September 19, 1962
