Deluxe triple-CD version which was only available via Relapse Records mailorder, and limited to 2000 machine-numbered copies. Remastered and issued with updated cover artwork in a 4-panel Digipak with 24-page booklet.
Disc 2 tracks 1 to 3 are 1998 demos with no bass track.
Disc 2 tracks 4 to 7 are 1998 demos.
Disc 2 tracks 8 to 10 are 1997 demos.
Disc 3 tracks 1 to 8 are 1996 demos originally intended for Control Denied, Chuck Schuldiner's post-Death band.
Disc 3 tracks 9 to 13 are instrumentals.
