CD1: Recorded November 9, 1951 (tracks 1-6) and October 18, 1952 at the Salle Pleyel (tracks 7-19) in Paris.
Reissue of the Philips 78rpm discs 72043 (tracks 1, 5), 72044 (tracks 2-3) & 72045 (tracks 4, 6) and the Philips 10" LP's 76006 (tracks 9, 12, 18-19) & 76008 (tracks 7-8, 10-11) and previously unreleased tracks 13-17.

CD2: Recorded October 18, 1952 at the Salle Pleyel (tracks 1-12) and November 9, 1951 (tracks 13-19) in Paris.
Reissue of the Philips 78rpm discs 72128 (track 7) & 72130 (tracks 4, 12) and the Philips 10" LP's 76006 (tracks 2, 8, 10) and previously unreleased tracks 5, 9, 11 & 13-19.
