VIBES My Kind Of Party! är ett album med femton fantastiska låtar. Det är en av de mest själfulla och dansanta souljazz-samlingarna som någonsin släppts här i Sverige. Det är en tidlös musik med några av de coolaste namnen från Blue Notes enorma artiststall. Sammanställningen har gjorts av Fredrik Ekander och Robert Baum, som varje helg på jazzklubb Fasching i Stockholm får dansgolvet att koka med låtar som dessa. Med på albumet finns även ett par lugnare spår för de av er som vill lyssna mer "easy".
VIBES My Kind Of Party! är den första svenska Blue Note-samlingen som gjorts och den passar utmärkt som en introduktion till den otroligt mångsidiga repetoar som detta legendariska skivbolag byggt upp sedan 1939.
