Some of this probably should be done Classical style, but I am not familiar enough with it. In any case, here is some further info for credits:

Track 2 is psalm 514 in the swedish psalm book, and the authors in there are:

E Evers (1853 - 1919)
J. A. Eklund (born 1863)

Track 9 is an instrumental of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (with it's swedish title, but since it's instrumental, that's probably neither here nor there)

Tracks 1 and 15 are medleys of various christmas carols

The Leroy Anderson track, and both the Bach ones, are performed by the Richard Hayman Orchestra
