This database entry accounts for the official physical European 2-disc (CD + DVD Video combo) release of 'Brian Wilson and Friends: A Soundstage Special Event'. Released on July 29, 2016, by Salvo Vision (Catalog # SALVOSVX041 / Barcode: 4050538203608).

Performance & Tracking Context:
Recorded live at The Venetian Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada, the performance features Brian Wilson backed by his elite touring band (including long-time Beach Boys alumni Blondie Chaplin and Ricky Fataar). Guest vocalists and performers include Al Jardine, Mark Isham, Kacey Musgraves, Nate Ruess (Fun.), Sebu Simonian, and duo She & Him (Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward).

Structural Differences:
Unlike the digital audio-only streaming stub, this physical release houses the full performance DVD capturing the extended 24-track live television broadcast sequence alongside two exclusive live bonus songs ('Pacific Coast Highway' and 'Summer's Gone'). Tracks 17, 18, and 19 on Disc 1 are noted on the physical artwork inlay as exclusive 'CD Only' bonus additions to the audio disc matrix.
