  • Tracks 16-39 are live recordings.
    • Tracks 33-39 were recorded at a New Years Eve show between 2003 and 2004. Tracklisting states 2004/01/01 but video shows 2003(/12/31).
  • Tracks 40-47 are various other extras (videos and live).
  • Tracks 48 and 49 are hidden live recordings that don't appear in menus.

The DVD also has biographies and photo galleries.
