According to the text under the sample video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWrJqhFEiR4 the "Qurious Good Life DVD is a seminar Package for High Schools. Qurious is a Sydney Based Rock band. The package is equally useful for youth groups and churches.
It is made up of 5 separate components designed to be used in conjunction with a live MC and interaction, such as small groups. The DVD comes with a booklet that provides extra information on how to run the seminar, things to say, games to play etc.
Equally, parts of the DVD can be used individually for whatever your purpose is.
