No. 19 (of 73) of the 2003 Riot Act Tour Official Bootleg series. Manufactured in Carrollton, GA. Label name is not visible anywhere on the cover or discs; it was disclosed on a sticker originally attached to the sealed copies.

Released in the U.S. only. Comes in a standard generic gatefold cardboard sleeve, one for each country, with transparent stickers on the spine (full title) and back (tracklisting) of the case. Australia and Japan releases did not include the tracklisting stickers, only the spine stickers.
