This edition is the first to be released in Europe.

Gatefold sleeve with a photo, English lyrics and credits

Inner sleeve with lyrics in French on one side with THIN font, and lyrics in German on the other side with BOLD font.
Track order in French (A5/ A4/ B4/ B2/ A6/ B1/ A1/ A2/ B3/ A3)
Track order in German (A5/ B4/ B1/ A6/ A1/ A3/ B2/ A2/ A4/ B3)

Very similar to Nebraska, which is a repress with a new inner sleeve with both French and German lyrics in the official track order.
